Q - Can you send me a brochure?
A - We do not have a printed brochure. We use our website as an online brochure as we find this cost effective enabling us to keep our prices as low as possible. Coming soon will be a downloadable pdf brochure. However, distance permitting, we would be happy to arrange a meeting with yourself to discuss your wedding needs further.
Q - Can I order a sample of a wedding invitation or other piece of stationery?
A - At Amor Wedding Stationery we will gladly send you a FREE sample of stationery from our previous bespoke designs. We limit the number of free samples to 2 per customer. Any additional samples are charged at £3.00 as are any samples from our 'Craft' range. A voucher will be issued to the value and is redeemable against any order placed with us.
Q - Can I change the wording on the front of the invitation?
A - Yes, as each item is bespoke designed the wordings on the front cover can be changed and you can have any words printed and in any colour (or you may also have the invitation left blank).
Q - I love one of your designs, but it doesn't match our colour scheme, can you modify the designs to co-ordinate with our day?
A - All typefaces and colours have been predetermined to ideally match the design of each card. However, if you do prefer an alternative typeface or colour, and all of our designs can be altered to meet your specifications. We are happy to discuss this with you and create a bespoke sample tailored to your needs.
Q - Are insert pages and envelopes included in the price?
A - All prices include printed inserts where applicable and all wedding invitations, thank you cards and save the date cards are supplied with a free standard white envelope (other envelope types or colours are charged extra. Prices for Order of Service are based on 2 pages (4 sides). Any more required will be charged extra. Names can be laser printed onto some of the items such as place cards extra and will be charged at 20p per item. Should calligraphy be preferred this will be costed on request.
Q - Can I choose my own wording insert?
A - There is a chosen selection of contemporary wording options with a choice of font styles available. Alternatively we can print your personal choice of invite wording.
Q - Do you have any special offers or do you do bulk discounts?
A - Yes! If you order more than 50 items per type (e.g. invites, oder of service etc.) of our stationery you get 3%, 75 - 150 you get 5% and more than 151 you get 10% off your total bill.
Q - When will my order be delivered and can I order extras?
A - Every item of wedding stationery is handcrafted to a superb standard. Our aim is to deliver your order within one week of receipt of your full payment. Extras items are available but will depend on the range ordered and will obviously cost more accordingly.
Q - Why do I have to pay a deposit and full price before delivery?
A - A deposit of £100 is required to cover design time costs and materials. Once we have received your order we will send you a proof of each piece of stationery you have ordered. Along with this proof, you will receive an invoice for the full amount. When you are 100% happy with the proofs please return the enclosed slip along with your payment. As your stationery is unique we are unable to sell it to any other customer and hence require the payment in full.
Q - Do I get my money back if I have to cancel my order due to unforeseen circumstances?
A - We look at each case on an individual basis. As your stationery will be unique to you we probably will not be able to sell it to any other customer. We will try and help you out as much as possible but can not guarantee any refund as it depends how much of your order we have already created.
Q - How much is Posting & Packing (P&P)?
A - Postage and packing is worked out on an individual basis. We will ensure your order gets to you in plenty of time and in perfect condition. Please ask us for further information on P&P.
Q - When should I order my wedding stationery and when should I send out the invitations?
A - We advise that invitations should be sent out no later than 6 weeks prior to your wedding day; however 3 months would give your guests ample time to commit during the summer months. For you to receive your order in plenty of time we ask you to place your order 18 weeks before you wedding day. Although to hit the recommended 6 weeks for sending we would require your order by 11 weeks prior at the very latest.
Q - What if my wedding is less than 11 weeks away?
A - We are here to help you. Let us know as soon as possible and we will do our very best to get your order to you. Any size of order will be considered; we will be honest and tell you (before we take payment) if we can not get your order to you in time.
