Before you place an order with Amor Wedding Stationery you should read and understand the following Terms & Conditions. An order placed with Amor Wedding Stationery will indicate that you will have read and understood the conditions and will abide by them.


Amor Wedding Stationery reserve the right to discontinue any range of stationery at it's own discretion. Should certain items not be available from wholesalers they also reserve the right to discontinue the line at any time.

All designs are the ownership and copyright of Amor Wedding Stationery and must not be copied in any way. We will be adhering strictly to this rule and will be watching very closely.

Images published on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Reproductions of colours are as accurate as possible, but may differ slightly from the genuine article. Amor accepts no responsibility for the effect the ageing process may have on products. As all items are handcrafted, designs and colours may vary slightly. Should Amor be forced to use an alternative material in any design due to supplier failure, the customer will be fully consulted.

Once an order is placed a deposit is required before any further action can be taken. If the order is for our bespoke design range this deposit is £100. This deposit entitles you to see finished visuals for all of the elements required for your stationery. If it is a new job the £100 deposit entitles you to 3 invitation designs and once one is chosen we will provide you with finished visuals for all of the elements you require. For our handmade range a 50% deposit of the total price is required to enable supplies to be purchased.
These deposits are non-refundable.

A quote for the various items and quantities needed and will have to be approved in writing before any further work can take place.

Proof reading is down to the client. All final designs must be signed for approval before going to print. Any mistakes after this are not the responsibility of Amor Wedding Stationery and any costs incurred will be covered by the client.

All items are subject to a quality check prior to dispatch (not including inserts, as these have been checked at proof stage by the customer).

All quotes will include a price for delivery if required.

A 6 week lead time should be allowed for the production of your stationery. Amor Wedding Stationery will try and accomodate urgent orders but we may have to charge an extra cost for this service. We cannot be responsible for late deliveries unless a reasonable production time is allowed for.

No stationery will be delivered until the bill is paid in full. The bill can be paid online through our billing system as can the deposits or we can accept cash or cheques although the cheque will have to be processed before the order is dispatched. Cheques should be maid payable to P. McCullough.

Please note that refunds will only be provided where there is sufficient evidence of faulty goods and we do not accept returns on any handmade products. As products are subject to availability, we reserve the right to withdraw any products from sales at any time without notice. Where an item has become unavailable or we are unable to dispatch an item within our normal time period, we will either contact you for further instructions or cancel the order and refund your payment.

An order may be cancelled within 3 days of sign-off of proofs. If an order is cancelled, all work carried out that exceeds the non-refundable deposit, must be paid for. Any changes to tableplans made the week before the wedding will be charged at £5.00 per table to cover costs of extra work. Due to the small parts used in some of the designs, it is recommended that all items be kept away from children. In addition, all packaging used in delivery of the order should be kept out of children’s reach.

Amor cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by general stock.  All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT and pricing is subject to change.

Any shortfall to your order must be reported either by phone, email, or post (proof of posting required) within 7 days of receipt. Amor are not liable for any damage caused by Royal Mail or any other postal service, in the posting of your invitations and cards.

Data Protection
Please be aware that any information you provide to Amor, including your personal details, will not be shared with any third party.  All information you provide to us is protected under the Data Protection Act.

All designs on this website and in our brochure are exclusive to Amor and are covered by copyright Amor designs. Any attempt to copy these designs will infringe the copyright law, which protects them.  Please note that any information provided on this site is for general use only and is not intended to serve as advice. Amor are entitled to make alterations to terms and conditions when it is required without prior notification.
